After years of dreaming of buying our own cabin in Okoboji, we finally pulled the trigger in fall of 2020. The cabin underwent a full makeover this winter, including fresh paint throughout! New dining room table (seats 6,) four barstools, side tables, coffee table, and more!
Three bedroom plus loft, two full bathrooms, and attached garage. Loft is perfect for families as it provides a TV/sitting/play area in addition to the living area. Comfortably sleeps 9 in beds, and also has two futons in the loft area where an additional two guests could sleep. The two bedrooms on the main floor include a queen bed and tv. Upstairs bedroom includes a queen, twin over full bunk bed, and a toddler bed. All bedrooms have a fan available in the room. Plenty of closet space throughout! Equipped with washer & dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked including griddle, crock pots, pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot, dinnerware, serve-ware, and more!
Cabin includes wireless internet! Living room and lower left bedroom TVs are set up for complimentary YouTube TV and are smart TVs with ability to sign into your personal Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu accounts, etc. Upstairs loft and lower right bedroom TVs have local TV channels via antenna. DVD player in upstairs loft! Toy chest with a few toy/games available for the kiddos! Unit is private and backs up to green space which makes for the perfect, peaceful space to enjoy dinner on the patio and to take in the sunset.
Enjoy the outdoor patio with a brand new firepit and picnic table! Also table and plenty of chairs. Gas grill and propane tank available for use! Plenty of table space and seating for all!
