Walking & Biking is convenient throughout the neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its also 1.9 miles to downtown!

We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 2 pets. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. If coming with 2 pets we will request the additional $50 after the booking is confirmed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not put out cigarettes on the artificial turf. There is a cigarette butt can over by the Rubbermaid shed and dog waste station located in backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.
