Located on the first floor of this villa is the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens up to the dining room and living room. Also, on this level is a powder room. The living room features a large flat-screen Smart TV and access to the back balcony with chairs to sit and relax in after a nice long day at the beach! The balcony has a spiral staircase that leads down to lawn and pool area which has a community pool and sun deck to soak up the island sunshine!
The 2nd floor of the villa features both the primary and guest bedrooms which both have recently renovated bathrooms that were completed in late 2022! The master bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features two full beds, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy!
