Summary: Our check in was OK. We were in town for a wedding so checked in a 3PM to change quickly. Upon pour return at 10pm, I had to use the bathroom. Went to reach for toilet paper and there was none. No back up role, NONE! I asked my girlfriend to give me the box of tissues. There was only 1 in the box! One!!! Called down to the office and there was no answer. Ended up using face towels to wipe my backside! I went down to the office and there was no one there. Called the operator number from the lobby with no answer. Walked around and found a cart in the lobby with toilet paper and took some. Expressed my displeasure the next morning and and all I got was, "Sorry about that!" I would never, EVER stay there again!! I have stayed at about a half dozen AmericInn's in the past and never once experienced anything like this. And to be told that no one is there after 10PM working is somewhat a security risk!!! There doors were not locked nor a room ley required to gain access. Just an open hotel!!
