Built in 2009, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, one car garage home is located just south of Cornell Lake Resort and Campground in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Enjoy all of the amenities that the resort has to offer (volleyball court, playground, swimming area, and bar and grill, to name a few) in addition to the tranquility of this beautiful, private lake home. The home is furnished with custom built maple cabinets, hickory floors and steps, a gas fireplace, forced air heat and in-floor heat to keep you warm in the wintertime, and central air to keep you cool in the summertime. The garage has in-floor heat to thaw out your snowmobiles and ice fishing gear in the winter as well. There is a firepit located by the water, a gas grill on the deck, a picnic table as well as a fish cleaning table which are all provided for your use. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the deck or relax below on the swing while listening to the loons or watching the eagles and osprey hunt for their meal. The property is located on both the Chippewa County ATV and the Snowmobile trails for easy access to all of your trail riding needs. Fisherman visiting this lake have enjoyed great summertime as well as wintertime fishing. Cornell Lake is a 192 acre lake that is a great fishery and recreational lake. The house includes a dock for your boat and a canoe and paddle boat is provided for your use as well. A chest freezer is located in the garage for storing any fish you would like to bring home. Along with the proximity to Cornell Lake Resort, Sunset Bay Retreat is also only 15 min north of Chippewa Falls, 20 min away from the Country Fest and Rock Fest Music Festival grounds and 5 minutes from the Chippewa County forest where there are horse, bike, hiking, ATV, snowmobile and cross country ski trails.
