Our lake home was built by Frank Stout, a lumber baron, in the early 1900s. The home was where the caretaker and gardener lived. They took care of Stout’s sizable real estate properties in the area, including Stout’s Island. While built long ago and with a bygone era feeling, our home has been completely updated!
There is plenty of room for large families including a separate standalone lakeside cottage as well.
Enjoy a large gazebo overhanging the lake, three docks, a boat lift, a canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, a swim dock and a pontoon boat you can rent. You'll enjoy a 1.3+ acre level grassy lot and 2,500 acres of water!
There are plenty of quiet areas in our home to get away, relax and catch a nap while the rest of your group continues the party.
We have a large recreation room with Mosaic TV on a big screen TV, plus a second TV in the living room in the main home, fiber optic wireless Internet throughout, and a bunk room just off of the rec room for the kids to crash after late night festivities.
Please note that our cancellation policy is full refund if canceled 90+ days before check in date LESS $300. Cancellation 90 days or less before check in date, no refunds.
