Beautiful quiet surroundings. The home is nestled in the woods of the Smoky Mountains. Whether you are planning a mountain getaway, hiking trip (Appalachian trail is five minutes away), hike to the black stacks, fishing, rafting, a trip to the hot springs, Dollywood, Bristol motor speedway (an hour and a half away), or just a fun filled family vacation. Look no further! Our luxurious and spacious two-bedroom home with two king size beds and a brand-new pull-out couch with a queen size mattress in the loft, has two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Our favorite highlight is the large front porch with 6 rocking chairs across the front to enjoy the serene surroundings and the sounds of the creek flowing. The house is supplied by natural spring water with an extensive filtering system. The kitchen has fully custom cabinets and is completely stocked for cooking meals. There is a washer and dryer in the mudroom. There are three flat screen TV's, one in the upstairs loft, one in the living room, and one in the second bed room upstairs. We also have star link internet service. This is a non- smoking home. It is immaculately maintained, with heightened attention of the importance of cleanliness and disinfection. Our professional cleaning staff both clean and disinfect with EPA - approved disinfectants following CDC guidelines before and after each stay, providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests. The mountains are full of wildlife including deer, turkey, birds, bears, and snakes. Our home is close to Asheville and historic downtown Greeneville, TN, and Marshal, NC. We love animals but, because it's a brand-new home, no animals of any kind are allowed at this time. Feel free to ask any questions. We want to make you're stay as nice as possible on vacation.
