Poolside Villa is a 500 sq ft King Suite with a mini kitchen/ living area. This suite includes a King bedroom with a private bathroom/ walk-in shower! The Villa has 2 flat screen TVs, and a private pool side keypad entrance! This Villa can only be rented with the main home! The main home has an 8 person capacity, the Villa has a 4 person capacity!Total guest occupancy cannot exceed 12!
Our pool is heated from November 1st-May 1st to 80 degrees! We do offer a higher pool temperature up to 89 degrees for an extra fee of $30.00 per day! Contact the owner if you are
requesting a warmer pool temperature!
Our one car garage is a sports room thus there is no garage parking available!
Our driveway will allow up to fours cars, street parking is not allowed!
