With convenient ocean access directly across the street and the Inter-coastal Waterway in the complex's backyard, this condo will not disappoint. Days at "Chateau Relaxo" can be spent beach side fishing, reading, and building sandcastles or at the community pool which is one of the largest on the island. Evenings turn into cooking on the communal grills with a cold drink and beautiful sound view.
The condo's remodeled bathroom has a corner shower with full size vanity/sink. It also features a new pillow top King Mattress and is equipped with a brand new 50 inch Vizio Smart TV, two burner stove, toaster oven, and fold out dinette. The kitchen and bathroom have granite counter-tops throughout. Sleeper Sofa converts into a Queen Bed with mattress pad for additional guests if needed.
