Ideally located, this 130 year old home is a perfect example of classic Cape Cod architecture. It has three bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 king beds, 4 full bathrooms, a living room with working fireplace, formal dining room that seats 10 comfortably and an office that has a queen size murphy bed. We are one of a very few homes that are across from the water and have our own direct access to a private beach right across the street. The homes' unique raised foundation provides unobstructed views of the ocean from the homes living spaces and bedrooms as well as the extra deep front porch. The home is perfectly situated in the town's quiet residential East End on the town's main street but just a short walk or bike ride from the town's gallery district, historic harbor,and restaurants and shopping center. This vacation home includes two off-street parking spaces.
