This house was recently renovated and part of a larger home. There may be guests staying on the other side of the home from time to time. You will have complete privacy, including your own laundry room and entrance. The only thing you will share is the driveway and the yard. The great part about this is you can rent the entire house for large groups. If you are interested in renting both places, please let us know!
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$325 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
The thermostat is operated from another section of the home. If you need the temperature warmer or cooler, please let us know. We will be able to change the temperature for you.
We allow 2 cars maximum for this home. More than 2 cars need to be approved before arriving.
