This architect-designed sound front home is a sure bet for the discriminating guest. Located at the end of an extended lot, this well-planned house has gorgeous views and a mystical tower with a sitting area, 360 degree views and balcony on the sound. Full of places to retreat from the world, this house has a wonderful spirit. Multiple decks and a delightful covered porch overlook the deep water sound and natural habitat. Early morning and evening are the best for watching egrets and other local birds and, of course, sunsets. Solid wood paneled walls throughout give a nautical feel to this sturdy but gracious dwelling. The master suite on the first level has a Select Comfort king-sized bed as well as a glass-block tiled shower and his and her WCs. There is a small study off the master bedroom. With one queen sized bedroom, another with two twins, and a sleeping loft with two fold out ¾ sofa beds, this house graciously sleeps eight. A well-equipped kitchen allows for easily prepared meals, and an expandable dining table assures all people may dine together. A private elevator, wide halls and doorways allow for easy access. In addition to the two full and two half bathrooms there is a large hot/cold shower outside with adjoining dressing area. A twelve foot wide stationary mooring is available on the dock. A washer/dryer is provided as well as other amenities …D/W, expanded cable TV, DVD/CD player, and an eclectic supply of books and videos in the library. Private beach access is located across the street for both RRR and GGG. Breezes and breathtaking views… gentle water, and peace for the soul provided at no extra cost.
