The Space:
Our two-bedroom townhome has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Milwaukee! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals and a Keurig coffee maker. The two bedrooms are located upstairs and there are approximately 17 stairs to climb. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment in case you need to wash clothes during a longer stay.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Please note: There may be additional noise due to pending construction work occurring on-premises in the courtyard
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Just a few blocks from the lakefront & Summerfest grounds! Located in the trendy 3rd Ward neighborhood, home to some of Milwaukee's finest shops & restaurants. Shopping in cute boutiques, eating at the Public Market and some dinner in the third ward is a perfect day spent in Milwaukee, all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
If traveling with more than one vehicle, street parking is pretty easy in this area unless there's an event at the Summerfest grounds. Public transit is easy given the popular location. Uber is very active here, major bus routes pass the building, rental bikes are also nearby. Most tourist destinations for young or physically able travelers are within walking distance. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
