3 Bedroom House in Sister Bay
The air is getting crisper and the colors are starting to change. We are so excited to share our Door County property with you. Sister Bay is bustling with new restaurants, shopping, expanded and improved beach and concerts and movies at the Sister Bay Stage - the only waterfront venue in Door County. Enjoy being walking distance to the marina while relaxing on very private Sunset Drive. This location is amazing! Spread out in this three bedroom, two bath ranch with beautiful hardwood floors, large fenced in yard with a large deck. The fence is made from reclaimed wood from a Door County dock. Wrap up in a blanket and enjoy a toasty beverage on our covered deck in front or our grill and patio set out back. The master bedroom (queen bed) hosts a master bath. The second bathroom has a tub shower that's perfect for bathing the little ones. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Washer and dryer are for guest use. We provide the linens for use in the home so all you need to bring are your picnic blankets and beach towels. Hulu+ Live streamed to televisions in the living room, dining room and master bedroom and internet are provided but no landline at this time. At this time the garage is not available for guest use. The kitchen has a stainless fridge, microwave and oven and is outfitted with all the basic kitchen tools for you to make your own meals and snacks. Additional kitchen appliances include coffee maker with filters provided, Keurig one cup machine (coffee, K-cups and reusable K-cup filter not provided), KitchenAid stand mixer, double toaster, large electric griddle just perfect for pancake breakfasts or grilled cheese lunch, blender and crockpot. Bakeware and cookware is also available. Gas grill located off the back deck. High chair is available.
We've added a children's corner in an area of the dining room. It provides a table with stools and some toys. There is a small TV mounted in this area with a Roku streaming device attached.
No pets. No smoking.
