The Casa Del Mar, “House of the Sea,” really lives up to its name. The beachy décor, with comfy couches and chairs in soothing pastels, invites you to kick back and relax.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enjoy a gorgeous, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, the perfect place to gather; relax, prep meals, and enjoy time together. The beautiful dining table and breakfast bar offer ample seating with a beachy vibe. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and extras such as a wet bar and ice maker. The cozy seating in the living room includes handsome sofa and wingback chairs made of woven seagrass.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Guests can choose among three, beautiful bedrooms and an open-concept bunk room. The largest primary suite is on the first floor, with a king-size bed, a roomy bathroom with a jet-soaker tub and double vanity, two closets, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. Upstairs, you’ll find two more king suites beautifully decorated in pastel, ocean themes. Each has king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. The bunk room separates the space, with built-in bunks that have trundles to accommodate six people. Charming, his-and-her beach surf bedding delights the younger set, while the large, flat-screen TV and DVD player keeps the kiddos entertained.
GREAT FEATURES: Casa Del Mar is a very smart home! It’s equipped with an alarm system, a four-zone Sonos® wireless, surround-sound system throughout the house and on the outside porch and upstairs balcony. A full laundry room helps handle the laundry that accumulates at the beach. Great decks upstairs and downstairs offer breezy places to enjoy the ocean air. And this home is just a short stroll to all the community amenities, including Lisabella's, two lakes, three swimming pools, and our beautifully manicured beach.
