Summary: The staff was very nice! The only issue was the remodel happening on the 1st floor. We had to change rooms due to a few minor issues in the bathroom and the sight of 2 roaches. Our room key kept deactivating but the front desk kiosk is 24/7 so it was easy to replace. No roaches were in the brew room and everything was great.
