The Koi Cottage is a single level living, no stairs for easy access. It starts with a large concrete patio with fire pit, table and chairs, charcoal grill. The lily pond is next to the patio where water trickles down to the Koi pond below.
Off of the patio there is a outdoor room where you will find a wood burning stove, chairs, stereo system where you can plug in your device to enjoy music. The outdoor room is surrounded with windows to enjoy the outdoors from the warmth from within.
When you walk indoors, you enter the living room with satellite TV, comfortable reclining couch and love seat. We also have a large selection of books for reading enjoyment.
Off of the living room is a sun room which has a futon to open up for extra sleeping and the view of the Koi pond. The sun room has cordless pull shades on all windows plus a room divider to create a comfortable sleeping area.
