The space
Living Room
We offer a living space perfect for your “time at home” needs and one of two large gathering areas inside the house. Two comfortable couches and a large chair and ottoman provide plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy your family. A selection of board games, uno and deck of cards are ready for old school entertainment. Or, fire up the smart tv for your favorite disney movie marathon.
Kitchen/2nd Living Room
The full kitchen boasts many appliances (Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Disney Waffle Maker, Disney Toaster) and beautiful, spacious and fully stocked cabinetry. A large refrigerator provides plenty of space and provides an ice maker and water. There is plenty of room for your food items as we have a full pantry. Plenty of place settings, silverware, and glassware provide every guest what they need. The space is very well equipped for our guests with a large table for 8 guests. The room extends into a second living room with a large couch, giant chair and comfy swivel. Enjoy a show on the smart TV while a giant mural of your favorite mouse joins you. Sliding glass doors provide a natural transition to the spacious and easily accessible patio.
There are smart TV’s in each sitting room, bedroom and on the patio. Each TV can be logged into your personal streaming accounts.
Patio, Pool & Hot Tub Area
Our updated pool is truly a quiet vacation paradise. A private pool area boasts seating for all 10 guests, including 2 tables for dining and 3 chaise lounges for sunning. The spa and pool are backed by nature and adjacent to a pond beyond the cul-de-sac. It is a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day in the Parks!. The pool area has lighting for your evening enjoyment of the space. The pool is about 5 1/2-6 foot at the deep end and 2-3 foot deep at the shallow end with steps to enter at either end and a nice gentle slope. A smart TV is located on the patio as well for a late movie night to enjoy as a family.

Pool & spa heat: You can add for $25 a day. We will need a few days' notice during the months of October-April due to the cooler weather. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, it will already be heated for you.
We offer a complimentary propane grill. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the grill after use. Guests understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.
Pest control & Pool service: We do once a month pest control and weekly pool service. Both services will be conducted routinely and without appts. Pest control will knock or ring before entry. If no one is home they will perform their services in your absence. The pest control is child and pet friendly. It is necessary to be done. Both our pool tech and pest control tech have worked with us for many years.
