Welcome to Martin Manor ~ a 7 bedroom, 4 bath all-inclusive home on the southeast shore of Green Lake.
Martin Manor's cabin-like feel features solid hardwood cypress flooring, knotty pine ceilings, and reproduction antler lighting fixtures to granite surfaces. Designed with all the modern amenities, it is the perfect retreat for large gatherings and family entertainment. Panoramic views of the water and summer sunsets can be had from inside through the wall of windows or outside while lounging on the patio. This home is situated on 50' of Green Lake frontage with an expansive backyard for all to enjoy and not feel crowded. The home possesses all the modern comforts and conveniences associated with high end homes. The fully stocked kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances allows for easy meal preparation for large groups with multiple seating options. The adjacent living room with oversized leather chairs and large sofa is great place to watch sunsets or just kick back. The 4 Season room off the living room is a crowd favorite to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine with friends. Kids will also love this private area to play games or sit and rehash the fun of the day! A full bath and laundry facilities complete the main floor space.
Upstairs the home has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. King bedroom, 2 bunk bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen master suite. Each room is decorated with ultimate comfort in mind and space for personal belongings.
The lower level features a large comfortable gaming area with a pool table along with another two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 twins and 1 full while the other is another large queen suite with a spacious custom bath.
Large sliding doors take you out of the home down to the charming stone patio overlooking the 50 feet of waterfront. NOTE: the property is located in a small bay on the southeast shore of Green Lake and is known to be extremely shallow at times depending on the weather. While pontoon boats are ok, boats with large drafts are not recommended. Swimming further out away from the pier in the bay opening is best though many renters float on personal rafts dockside.
