Summary: I have stayed at this hotel about 30-40 nights per year and the room quality has deteriorated during that time. I've requested different rooms multiple times due to heaters not working. I use to put up with the poor room quality because the price during the non-summer months was reasonable but now will start staying at other places because they started charing $15 a day for parking. I've decided I'll pay an extra $20-$30 per night for a hotel across the freeway with better quality rooms, free full breakfast and free parking.
