Location! Location! Live like a local in this 2bd/1.5bth that can sleep up to 6 with provided air mattress. You are just min away from local dining like Two Ten Jacks Japanese house, Rosepepper Mexican, Jenni's Ice Cream and SO much more! Only 15 min to downtown, 20 min to airport, 5 min to Shelby Bottoms, 5 Min to Five Points, keyless entry, fully stocked kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: there is a train that run through the back side of the property. The horn does not blow but you will hear it go by. You may want to bring ear plugs or look for other accommodations if you are a light sleeper.

The Space:
The neighborhood is awesome for those wanting to be close to local popular restaurants and cafes. It is walking distance from Eastland Ave where you can find Rosepepper, Jeni's Ice Cream, Wild Cow, Five Daughter Bakery, Graze, Portland Coffee, Ugly Mug, and much more. There are many people walking around, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large park close by called Shelby Bottoms. Bring your work out gear if you want to jog around the neighborhood with other neighbors ;)

Being in East Nashville, there is a train that goes by close to the house so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you might want to look at our other properties :) [Just wanted to makes sure you are aware!]

There is a train that passes in the back of the house. It's not as loud if you are inside the house, but you can hear it.

Please no loud noises after 10pm - neighbors next door will call me if it gets too loud. Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations that are made through platforms other than airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
