Only minutes to downtown and southside on foot, bicycle or by car. The outside of this home features a large back porch to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Off street parking is included. Perfect for a short-term and long-term stays!

The space available is the second floor unit of a duplex. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom. There is a twin cot available for extra sleeping space as well. Enjoy the back patio with patio table and chairs for a relaxing evening.

2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10pm
3. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” also includes the use of a vape pens and marijuana and includes any premise of the building. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed (smoking in the rear of property in the parking area is ok)
4. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund
5. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for checkouts after 11am. We’re sorry we must charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them for their time
6. Guests who make reservations over 30 days must sign our standard lease (it will be provided before check-in)
7. If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
