Construction Activity is allowed Monday through Friday, 7 :00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No Construction Activity that requires a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. June, July, and August the time would be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m
Our hot tub is serviced weekly, and it may fall during your stay. Our service tech must enter the house to service the hot tub on the roof deck, so guests must agree (prior to booking) to allow them in to service the hot tub to keep it maintained. They will ring the bell before entry!
