It is equipped with 3.5 beautiful bathrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings and entertainment. This space is modern, remodeled, very spacious, and fresh. You have access to free wifi, cable, a coffee station, garage parking, and a washer and dryer. Only 10 minute drive to Curtis Culwell Center, 30 minutes from DFW airport.
Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
