10. No jumping from balconies.
11. No yelling or playing loud music. Permission is required to use surround sound or speakers.
12. Wear shirts and/ or cover up bikinis when in the front yard.
13. No smoking of illegal substances, even outside of the home.
14. Please remove shoes when inside the home. Do not clean shoes with towels or wash cloths
15. Serious complaints from neighbors may result in a immediate reservation cancellation.
