- Dog fee of $200/per stay (1 dog per reservation). Please disclose at the time of booking. Cats and aggressive breeds of dogs are not allowed, per our insurance policy. We kindly request no pets on the furniture or beds. Dog must be house-trained. Do not leave your pet alone at the house unless crated. Please clean up after your pet -- dog waste bags should be in the dog waste station by the carport. Accessories including dog beds are provided in the laundry room closet. Equipment is sanitized between stays.
- Pool heating fee of $150/day (Hot tub is free of charge). Please let us know which days of your reservation you'd like the heated pool active. This cost reflects the increase in cost of propane to keep the pool heated. Payment must be received before heating is turned on. No additional charge for use of hot tub.
*We are kid-friendly! Utensils, plates, bowls, and cups for kids are available. Wooden high-chair and Pack n Play are provided. A step up stool for kids to reach the sink are on each floor.
