Opus 505's north/south-facing position provides a desirable side view of the Atlantic Ocean, with beautiful views from the oversized private balcony and the condo's south-facing windows. The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and 6-foot garden soaking tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, while the second guest bedroom has one queen bed, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The living room features a 50" TV and entertainment center with a music and DVD library. The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Guests will also find thoughtful extras including beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
