This unique property sits in a secluded forest setting high above Old Town and the Siuslaw River bridge. It offers complete privacy yet is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, harbor, and other attractions of Old Town. Go down a forest path to arrive at the high dunes overlooking the Siuslaw River, Florence, and the Ocean. You do have to climb the dunes, which is challenging.
The house comes with two bedrooms upstairs with an adjoining deck that overlooks the forest and a gives you a peek at Old Town; there is another bedroom downstairs. All beds are Queen size.
