Inside is approximately 1700 square feet with an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Featured in the living space is a 55" HDTV along with a music sound bar. SandBox has a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Also on the main level is a king bedroom with a TV, and plenty of storage.
The 2nd level of the home includes 2 additional bedrooms, the larger featuring a king bed, sitting area with TV, and access to the private screened-in porch which provides sweeping views of the tree-lined neighborhood. A great venue for an evening cocktail! The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a full and a twin bed, and ample closet space.
The home is nestled up against a forest, its enviable location allowing for maximum privacy and the least amount of neighborhood through-traffic. On a quiet afternoon relax in the two-person hammock with your favorite book or loved one.
