Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing damage, excessive shedding, or odors. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine, and excessive pet hair or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.
• Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the apartment. $250 Ozone treatment and $250 fabric treatment will apply.
• Parties or Events: This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples, or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you.
• Additional Guest: We do not allow additional guests which are not listed in the reservation.
- In order to maintain safety and security for your stay, a front-doorbell camera is installed that is only focused towards the public common area outside the unit and is recording the events.
