Updated kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with nice pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, a combination K-cup/drip coffee maker.
Private backyard, only partially fenced.
Washer and dryer. (The basement is accessible from the outside of the house only.)
65" smart tv. Xfinity cable channels and
fast Xfinity internet/wifi.
Train tracks are located at the end of the backyard, but lots of trees mask it. (Children especially love the trains!)
Beach wagon and chairs are available for your use.
This is a popular rental, and is typically booked 100% in the summer. I take pride in keeping it fresh and clean.
