This 3,000 sq. foot historic apartment (built in 1905 and newly renovated) has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, formal dining room, sit up bars and a fully stocked kitchen. You and your guests will enjoy spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, beautifully crafted woodwork, stained glass windows, transom lights and multiple fireplaces.
This home is in a great neighborhood, close to the heart of downtown, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, football/baseball stadium and only 8 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! This is the perfect location for your Pensacola getaway!
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Please note: This house requires a rental agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 5 days.
