THE SPACE:
Once entering Hale Kailanai Nui at Kukui'ula she welcomes with dramatic vaulted ceilings as you enter the gourmet kitchen with bar seating for six (dining/bar for up to18); this home is truly a multigenerational gathering space. The open floor plan the kitchen seamlessly transitions to great room and effortlessly into the resort style back yard on the 2nd hole of the Kukui'ula Golf Course. With walls of glass tucked away this is truly an indoor outdoor paradise. The home is situated to take advantage of the cooling trade winds year round. Every bedroom is appointed with large flat screen smart TVs and air conditioning, the living room is appointed with a generous selection of books and games for the children. Beach supplies of chairs, umbrellas, ice coolers, and a cart to effortlessly transport the items are provided. Kukui'ula provides nearby shopping and dining at the shops at Kukui'ula via a private walking path to entertain day and evening be sure to check out the farmers market at Kukui'ula on Wednesdays and live music on Fridays.

- Bunk room downstairs can hold up to 8 with two queens on bottom and two double beds on top. If you need an extra bed for an adult I am happy to provide a high quality air mattress adults should not sleep on top.
- Guest room down stairs offers a king bed with patio to the backyard.
- Loft features a king bed and 2 built in full size bunks with flatscreen TV, dresser, no hanging closet in the loft however, large dresser is available and plenty of hanging in adjacent room.
- Ohana Casita is situated from KING bed, a private entrance above the garage with lovely mountains views, kitchenette, shower with jets and private balcony. This room also has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa not pictured which was newly delivered.
- Heated spa, tiki torches and a large fire pit complete the backyard.
