3. Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors and within 9 meters (30 feet) of any windows or doors. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, including smoke odors, cigarette butts, ashes, or other related items.
4. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a prime location. To respect our community and keep the property in excellent condition, parties, events, and pets are not permitted. Please note that bringing an animal or hosting an unapproved gathering will result in a $500 fee.
5. The safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out, which takes time. Checking out on time is important.
