Our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is especially convenient for groups who prefer the living room, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor. Also great for those who enjoy their bedroom and bathroom space be situated on a separate level from the other bedroom and bathroom.
The entry level has a cozy living room with smart TV, a dining table with seating for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, a gas cooktop and a variety of coffee making options. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead to a small enclosed patio with a bbq. Propane tanks and bbq tools are provided.
Take the stairs up one level to a bedroom with queen size bed, closet with organizers, and designated workspace. This level also has a full bathroom with tub, and a separate laundry room down the hall with full size washer and dryer.
On the third level is the primary bedroom with queen size bed, a walk in closet with built-in shelves and drawers, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and oversized stand up shower.
Head up one more flight of stairs to gaze at the Seattle skyline from the spacious rooftop deck, furnished with plush seating, table and chairs, fire pit and an umbrella to shelter from the sun or rain. Watch the sunrise while sipping your favorite Seattle coffee, and catch a beautiful sunset drift behind Queen Anne.
***The rooftop deck can only be accessed through the top floor bedroom.
