Welcome to Sunshine Getaway where we'll melt your worries away! This is a spacious home that sleeps 10 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (includes air fryer, crock pot, coffee maker, Ninja blender, rice cooker, and toaster). The house includes a private pool with a spa and outdoor seating. Pool & spa heating is only $20 per day.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a luxurious hot tub. Located beside the primary bedroom is a fun nautical themed room featuring a boat bed with a trundle (2 twin beds). Across from the family room are 2 bedrooms that both have queen beds and a full-size closet. Down the hall is a modern themed Mickey room with a matching restroom and walk-in shower. This bathroom connects to the pool deck for convenient access.
We provide a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. We also cater to little ones and provide a crib, stroller, and highchair.
There's lots to do in the nearby area such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Gatorland, and Icon Park. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom Parking is often less than 20 minutes away.
The base cleaning fee is applicable if 4 or fewer bedrooms are utilized during your stay. If all 5 bedrooms are used, an additional $15 will be charged. If you plan to use all 5 bedrooms, set the number of guests in your reservation to 9 (otherwise select 8 or fewer).
POOL HEAT INFORMATION: If you would like pool and spa heat during your stay, the cost is $7 per night. Please send me a message and I will add it for you.
When pool heat is added to your reservation, the set temperature is 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat shuts off at night and starts reheating the pool in the morning. Using the solar blanket is recommended to retain heat when the pool is not in use.
The spa is activated by a button adjacent to the bathroom door, and will shut off after 3 hours. Please push the button again to shut off the spa heat when not in use. The spa temperature is set to 101 degrees Fahrenheit. Air bubbles and the pool lights are also activated by buttons on this panel and stay on for 30 minutes and 2 hours, respectively. The spa heat can be activated any time (even when the pool heat is turned off at night). When the spa heat is active, water will not overflow into the pool (after a minute or two to transition modes).
