The 5th bedroom with the king bed is located in the separate game room building at the front of the property.
Guest will be able to access the entire property via smart locks with access codes.
There are two buildings, the main house and an additional one bedroom game room.
The property is professional managed by Patriot Properties. Management will have limited interactions with guests unless guests call in emergency events.
The property less than 5 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells, public access to the Wisconsin River, and 10 minutes to all the Dells' major waterparks, shopping, dining and attractions.
Lyft, Uber and Taxi services available.
Propane is provided for the grill and firewood is provided for use at the fire-pit.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $200. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
