LOCATION!! The Cabin is along Hwy 7, across the parking lot from Stay-Cation! 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. 1 block to the public beach on West Lake and 4 blocks to the Emporium, this location allows you to walk anywhere. There is plenty of parking and you are right in the middle of all the fun that Okoboji has to offer. Fully Furnished. Plenty of yard for games and entertainment.

We are right by Smiles with Miles, Ritz, Okoboji Dough Company, The Okoboji Store, Jimmy Johns and Boonedocks Gas Station.
We are Directly across the parking lot from our 14 Bedroom Central Stay-Cation. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story home is Roughly 1 block to the public beach on West Lake and 4 blocks to the Emporium and Amusement Park. This location allows you to walk anywhere. No cabs necessary.
You will receive your entrance code 48 hours before your check in. Make sure all your contact information is up to date in your profile when booking so you receive this information.

On the main walk-in level there is ample space in the living area, as well as a huge dining table and secondary dining area to accommodate many guests. Enjoy the expansive kitchen with counter space galore! The living area has one sleeper sofa as well as another chaise chair. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on the main level. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV.
Upstairs you will find another small living area with two futons, TV, laundry room, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 futons and a nice size full bathroom.
You have a front yard for games.
There is a patio in the back with a grill that you do share with the cottage.
We are Right on the Dickinson County Bike trail. Just walk out the door and go for a jog or bike ride. Plenty of parking at any of our locations. All are very close for overflow. No cab will be needed if you vacation with Stay Properties locations.
You do share a small area of your patio with the cottage. This is separated from with a small wall and grill.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
