Positive: The property is completely worth it for its cost.

Negative: When I arrived, I had to deep clean the fridge and basically the whole kitchen. I did all of the dishes again and I had to sweep and mop the floor twice on my arrival. It is obvious that someone cleaned up before my arrival, but they certainly didn’t do a good job cleaning properly.
