Hi! The cottage is in Gills Rock. It has been completely renovated with all necessities including a modern bathroom, modern kitchen, beautiful french glass doors which open into the bedroom.
There are hardwood floors throughout, cedar closet and large scenic windows for you to enjoy your secluded bay on Lake Michigan with views of Washington Island.

If you have a boat you can dock each day at the sheltered marina that comes with the cottage.
Overnight mooring is not allowed out of concerns for safety for other boats. We have made arrangements for you to put in and out everyday and keep your boat and trailer in the safety of a public marina in Gill's Rock. There is no additional charge for launching your boat or keeping your boat there. It is all included with your rental here.

Proof of liability insurance and a copy of the policy is required at the time of booking.

The cottage sleeps four or five comfortably.
Queen size bed in the bedroom. Full size futon in the living room. Plus a cot that can be unfolded, if needed.

Rentals are weekly. Check in time is on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. . Check out time is the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

Laundry facilities are also included. There is a separate cottage with washers and dryers for use, at no charge.
