Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house. Some renovations completed with kids and families in mind. Very large backyard with beautiful pecan tree. Plenty of amenities for kids. This home is right next door to Edgemeer Park in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Just minutes away from downtown, shopping centers, hospital, and a short commute to Sheppard AFB. This home really has it all including plenty of extra parking in the driveway.
The space
The living areas are very open and spacious while being separated from the sleeping areas allowing for quiet spaces for work or sleep. The backyard is very large with a very large pecan tree. There is a child swing and sand box under the tree as well. Feel free to use the gas,charcoal and wood grill/smoker as well while you enjoy the view of the quiet park behind the house.
