3 Bedroom House in Fort Myers, Cape Coral
Very private paradise. The yard is fenced for ultimate privacy. There are empty lots on either side and just nature across the canal. The pool and lanai area are huge with over 1100 sq feet of screened sunny splendor. The lanai area has a glass table for 4 with swivel, rocking chairs, two loungers, and 4 comfy cushioned chairs and coffee table. There is a large kitchen window pass through. Also on the deck area are another table for 4 near the gas grill and two other loungers. The spa seats 6 and has 50 jets, and lights. Along with 3 fans and lights, we also have two lighted palm tree lamps on the lanai just for fun! If you prefer to tan without a screen we have a separate tanning pad or the dock area. Inside we have air conditioning, lighted fans in each bedroom, living room and family room. This home is nicely furnished and decorated. Comfort is key! Reclining seats in the family room with a 50 inch TV. My cancellation policy is negotiable
Comfort is key!: All house furnishings are geared to comfort. You can put your feet up in the family room and really relax! There are plenty of glasses and bowls, utensils and pans. The lanai is large and has several seating areas. The pool is heated and protected from north winds in the winter. The hot tub has 50 jets and changing colored lights. There is an additional deck area for lounging, grilling, eating. There is even an area outside of the screened enclosure for tanning. Because the whole yard is fenced, it is extremely private for swimming and sunning.
The 50 inch TV has HD and includes many music channels. There is unlimited local and long distance calling in the US only. There is a wireless router and work area with view to the lanai and canal.
The dining table has swivel, chairs on casters. They are leather with arms, very comfortable for sitting. You can watch TV from the table if desired. Great for playing family games.
There is a printer for your use and two computer chairs.
Canal: This house faces East on a fresh water canal. It receives lots of sunshine all day from sun up through sun set. Because the house makes a little shade on the pool in the afternoon, it is still bearable on the really hot summer days. You can sit in our screened front porch area to watch the sunsets. There are no houses across the canal so this also contributes to the very private feel of this house. The canal is very close to Shamrock Lake, Lake Saratoga and Lake Kennedy.
Convenient Location: Another positive for this house is it's great location. You could walk or ride your bike (basket on bike) to the grocery store. You can ride bikes to two close by parks that have a playground for the kids. Sunsplash Water Park and Mike Greenwell's Family Fun Park are both only a mile away. It is very close to the main roads with restaurants. It is 10 miles to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach, 25 miles to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach, about 8 miles to Fort Myers and the Edison/Ford Estate. The airport is 21 miles away.
