The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a variety of bed options to suit families and groups. Please note: There is no ensuite bathroom, but both full bathrooms are just steps away on the main floor.

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.
PARKING
Parking is easy and convenient with space for up to four vehicles. Guests can use the blacktop area near the garage as well as the front pad of the home. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Please note: RVs are not allowed.
SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.
