Located directly on quiet Satellite Beach (no public access in the immediate vicinity), just south of Cocoa Beach, north of Melbourne and just one hour from Orlando and Disney. This 4th floor unit has a breathtaking direct ocean view plus long range coastline view from every room in the unit and from the private screened balcony. No building blocks your view which is one of a kind in this building. We are currently having our sea wall being rebuilt and have cleared the current deck and pool area for a new pool which will be rebuilt in 2024. As of 2023 there is no pool and beach access is 1/4 mile south which is accessable via walking the roadside sidewalk or car, We offer beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels for your stay.
All rooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need. We are big on not having clutter. The master suite includes a comfortable King bed, 27' Vizio flat screen LCD TV, large dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and full bath with granite countertops. Both bathrooms offer a shower/tub combination which is great for kids needing to take a bath. The second bedroom includes a Serta queen bed and a Serta twin mattresses with 'shabby chic' bedding and white cottage furnishings, wall mounted plasma tv and dvd player. Eat in kitchen featuring Kraftmaid cabinetry and work/desk space if you are working while on vacation. The ocean and coast can be seen from every room. Beautiful view from private redone balcony with no screen offering a great open feel, overlooking beach with a direct and southern view of the entire coast line. New windows and hurricane glass sliding glass were just added in 2023 to add ease to accessing the porch and fresh open air. We furnish the condo as a place we want to stay in, not as a rental.
Great for a vacation with the kids or even better, a romantic get-away for two. Lay on the beach or just sit on the balcony and take in the stunning view. Minutes from I-95, for easy access to Orlando, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, West Palm, or Miami.
