Summary: Property management company was unresponsive to requests to correct problems with apartment (toliet constantly leaking/running, inadequate stocking of toliet paper, coffee filters, non functional & TV remote). Contact with property management company was through a 1-800 number and a representative that merely said our requests would be passed on to her supervisor. No promise to correct problems or to provide follow up on when corrective action woukd be taken was made. Ultimately we received no corrective actions of follow up during the remainder of our stay. However, the property management company had the gall to send us an inquiry to rate their performance when we called the 1-800 number. Obliviously this not adequate customer service treatment and we will not rent any VRBO properties managed by this company in the future.
