This is the second GoldSky Cottage, the first is across the street at 107. This is a new home with the front part a fully restored home from 1860. The house will comfortably sleep twelve and has a heatable pool. Two private master suites with king size beds, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Also on the second floor is another king size bed room and a queen size bedroom with a shared bathroom along with a four person bunk room with a king size bed and two twin bunk beds and private bathroom.
No expense has been spared, from the 4x12 dining room table that seats 12 to the huge sectional, six flat screen televisions, large gourmet kitchen with island that seats five, double tiered deck on the back of the house, fenced in yard, game table, etc.
You will have enjoyment of the entire home with private pool.
While not in town I am available by cell phone at anytime and have a long list of trades people available to handle any issue that might arise.
This property is only five blocks from the beach and short walk to everywhere you would need to go. Park the car in our on site spots and don't get back into the car until it's time to leave.
Two onsite spots and also available street parking. Most of our guests walk everywhere unless mobility is an issue.
By local tradition we aren't allowed to provide sheets and towels. You can either bring your own or there are several local rental companies.
