The first floor has a large family room with a gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling, a bright sun room, and a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that comfortably seats 8 people.
The sunroom opens out onto a 400 sq ft. mahogany deck with 2 retractable awnings. The deck leads to a large stone patio with a round gas fire pit and a built in outdoor kitchen including gas grill and sink. This is where the entertaining happens! Let the kids play on the custom all wood playground with shredded rubber Base while you relax around the fire pit.
The newly finished, spacious lower level has an additional rooms including a second family room and a brand new bathroom/laundry room. Please ask for sheet and towel rental companies, if you don't wish to bring your own. We do not provide sheets or towels.
Home is set back on a large circular driveway, for privacy and kids safety... Feel free to use the beach chairs, board games, and beach toys.
