3. Quiet Hours (10 PM - 7 AM): Lower noise levels to preserve the peaceful lake atmosphere. Noise travel far across the lake.
4. NO MOTORBOAT USE ON THE LAKE
5. SMOKING and/or VAPING is NOT allowed in or around the house.
6. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Even after a fire has died down and only glowing embers remain, do not leave it unattended. If you must leave, leave a responsible party to stay with the fire, or extinguish the fire completely before leaving the scene.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (9) persons. No parties or extra persons outside of the number of guests listed in the reservation.
8. No House Parties – In the event that a house party is found on the premises during your stay, the Homeowner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid.
9. The TV is a Smart TV, allowing you to access your personal Amazon, Netflix, HBO etc. accounts. Please make sure you log out of your account before the end of your stay.
