Subtle, sloping water depth in a quiet bay and home is set away from the road... so safer for the kids. Deck with a view of the lake. Just down the road from a free public launch. Roku included in Master Bedroom and in Family room. Home is Licensed and inspected by local health dept. There is a small strip of sand bar(no rocks or logs) that is 31”deep. Sand bar is 50 yards away from dock. Water is deep again at dock. Please consider your boat limitations.
