Enjoy a stay where comfort & nature come together beautifully. Nestled beside the woods, this property offers stunning natural views and a calm setting that invites you to unwind.
Apple and pear trees grace the landscape, adding a touch of countryside magic.
The fenced-in backyard and firepit are perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
Inside you’ll find a spacious 1000 sq ft living space that features a full size ping-pong table perfect for creating memorable moments.
Outside you will find an apple tree and a pear tree. Feel free to pick yourself some apples and pears when they are ready.
At night in the warmer months, you will hear the beautiful melody of chirping tree frogs, along with other wildlife, including coyotes in the distance, fox, and owls. You’ll also hear the sound of the water fountain feature in the middle of the pond next-door. It truly is a magical experience at night.
We also have a large population of wild honeybees you’ll see in the backyard during the warm months; they are used to people, they like the clover flowers and they keep to themselves.
We also have fresh local eggs available from our neighbor.
You may see our resident farm cats outside, there’s a white one named Sunny and a striped tabby named Bing. They are both very sweet.
You will have the entire unit to yourself with a front entrance and a back entrance to the fenced back yard. It is a duplex and I reside in the other half. The area outside the fence as it runs directly behind the house to the woods is our property and where you are free to explore. There’s a pear tree near the pond and that is where our property ends and we have no access to the pond, but we can enjoy the view.
We are pet friendly and you’re welcome to bring your dog for an extra fee. There is an extra large crate with attached food and water bowls available in the home for your pet.
On the tv you can watch Disney+ for free, please log into the Guest account.
In the bedroom closet there’s a memory foam topper for the futon. You will also find an extra tall twin air mattress that automatically airs up for an extra guest there, along with spare linens.
If you’re staying more than one night, you can put your trash outside the back door and I’ll take it.
